We charge a flat fee commission rate. No charge for advertising. We furnish professional help, tables, display cases, supplies and signs. No money comes directly from your pocket. The commission varies depending on the quality and quantity of items and amount of time involved in preparing your sale, generally around 30-35%. We are a Michigan based Estate Sale Company and service most of Southeast Michigan including Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw and Monroe County
