Our goal is to provide you with a professional liquidation whether your needs are for an estate, tag, or moving sale, and help eliminate the stress normally associated with a liquidation off your shoulders. We take pride in handling each estate or situation with care as if it were our own family. Our on-site estate sales are well organized, well run, and get great results. We take care of every detail of the estate sale from sorting, staging, researching and pricing, advertising, conducting the estate sale, and if you wish we will provide solutions to get the home emptied after the sale. Last but not least, we will leave the home broom clean. We do it all!  

Our specialized knowledge in the identification and value of antiques, collectibles, and other household items can make more money for you than you could on your own. We charge a flat fee commission rate. No charge for advertising. We furnish professional help, tables, display cases, supplies and signs. No money comes directly from your pocket. The commission varies depending on the quality and quantity of items and amount of time involved in preparing your sale, generally around 30-35%. We are a Michigan based Estate Sale Company and service most of Southeast Michigan including Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw and Monroe County
